Villa San Giuseppe, built in the early '900, is located in the heart of Maremma Toscana. The main building has been completely renovated and furnished in a style simple but elegant and refined, the ceilings have retained the original beams and floors are in cotto.

From the window you see the sea and the island of Elba, Troy, Montecristo, and the splendid avenues of cypress trees, vineyards and fields where every alternate year the work of man and the colors of nature.
Around the building a large garden with pine trees and lawn, a field for the game of bowls and a barbecue outside.

Communicating with the villa, but independent, there is the apartment of the guards that are available to guests. The premises comprise the ground floor entrance, the guest bathroom, and a large lounge with a fireplace and a billiard table. Near the hall is a dining room and next, the kitchen. All elegantly furnished. Upstairs four bathrooms are available to as many rooms.
